Shipping Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING A ORDER SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED !

Address provided should be checked before placing order please make sure to include apartment number if applicable. If your item is returned to me because you failed to put the correct address you will have to pay a shipping fee. 

If you order a wig on a Sunday, please allow an additional day to process because UPS is closed. Processing time for US orders is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. It’s a total of 13 business days to receive your order, but it may come sooner. 

Please ensure that the shipping address you provided is correct. We offer free shipping for the first shipment; however, if a package is undeliverable or returned, reshipping fees will apply.

If you don’t believe you will be home when the package is about to be delivered, please contact the shipping company so that they can redeliver when you will be home. 

Please no military addresses or PO boxes.
